I am a work-at-home, homeschooling mom to seven, soon to be eight, kids, both biological and adopted from Haiti. I have a fabulous, and loving, husband. I am also a DONA and CAPPA trained Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and a WIC Breastfeeding Peer Educator. A friend at church taught me to sew a year ago and I have been busy making things ever since. I love theology, writing, and my family. I am not a fan of pets, and I hate mice. I am also a perfectionist and so it is sometimes hard for me to publish what I write because I don't want people to see it. I am learning to be organized, scheduled, and stick to a budget after years of flying by the seat of my pants. I like to wear make-up and jewelry and I don't like to be frumpy. I also have my nose pierced (and Jesus still loves me!) I am glad you stopped by to read my ponderings, and I hope you will leave me a comment, so I can stop by your blog as well.
